Vin Diesel has become popular in all these years for his flawless performances but a recent comparison by him has grabbed the headlines on the internet.

Diesel is well-known for his performance as Dominic Toretto in the Fast & Furious franchise and he has recently compared the franchise to The Lord of the Rings.

While speaking to Variety, he said that it was difficult to work on Fast & Furious for the last two decades. He said that J.R.R. Tolkien stopped writing because it is hard to continue mythologies.

When a reporter said that Fast & Furious franchise is The Lord of the Rings of action movies, Diesel agreed to the statement.

Diesel has always been a cast member who returned to the Fast & Furious franchise since the beginning and later became the producer of the films.

However, as he became the producer, situations worsened and it led to a big rivalry with his co-star Dwayne Johnson, who portrayed Luke Hobbs in the franchise.

Director Justin Lin also stepped down as the director of Fast X and he later revealed that the reason was the difficult behavior of Diesel.

Fast X is scheduled for release on May 19, 2023 and it is directed by Louis Leterrier. The film features an ensemble cast and a majority of the cast members from the previous installments are returning.
