Who Was Migos Rapper Takeoff?

The 28-year-old rapper was born on June 18, 1994, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and was raised by his mother. The young artist started his career at a young age following the paths of his uncle, Quavo, and cousin, Offset.

The three joined together to start a collective music venture in 2008 in Georgia. The group initially started performing under the stage name Polo Club, but eventually changed their name to Migos.

Migos achieved their first number-one single in 2016 with Bad and Boujee. The subsequent albums released were Culture in 2017 and Culture II in 2018.

The artist was shot dead on Tuesday morning outside a downtown bowling alley, according to sources. The Versace rapper along with his uncle Quavo was at a private party when an altercation broke out at 810 Billiards & Bowling at about 2:30 AM in the morning.

Someone had open-fired, shooting Takeoff either in the head or near his head. Footages have been received of the incidents that followed the unfortunate shooting. One can see Quavo, who was unharmed shouting for help. But the Migos rapper had died on the scene.
