The trailer of the second season of 'Yellowjackets' gives an insight into the harrowing crimes of the Antler Queen and her band of cannibalistic followers.
The first season's cliffhanger ended with the characters reaching their saturation point, falling apart while trying to cover up their past crimes.
There's more to come in the second season, including the talked-about presence of Lottie (Courtney Eaton) and her present-day whereabouts.
During the first season, we find out Lottie Matthews led the group into cannibalistic sacrifices. In the second season, Simone Kessel plays the adult Lottie Matthews.
Meanwhile, the remaining Yellowjackets try to cover their tracks in the present while dealing with an ongoing police investigation.
'Yellowjackets' is the story of a high school football team that survives a plane crash. Years later, the surviving members deal with the psychological fallout of the plane wreckage.
The show is inspired by the actual events of the ill-fated Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571.
The second season of 'Yellowjackets' will premiere on Showtime on March 26, 2023.
