Zack Snyder Thinks 'Euphoria' Is Riskier For A Film Adaptation

Zack Snyder is one of the few directors who translated his original vision to celluloid with 'Justice League.'

Zack, after making films for celluloid, is interested and in awe of the long-form storytelling.

Snyder has put forward his case for the television's format of translating a narrative meticulously with reference to Sam Levinson's 'Euphoria.'

With Euphoria, the grammar that Sam Levinson utilized to tell the complex stories of American teens with over-the-top fictionalization worked for the audience.

During the 'Pizza Film School' podcast with the Russo Brothers, Zack admired the risky way that the creators are telling stories, calling the present a 'golden age of TV.'

Zack Snyder loved watching 'Euphoria' and admitted that it cannot be replicated on celluloid.

Joe Russo also added that the audience, with long-form storytelling, are getting more invested in the characters.

Zack Snyder is working on a space fantasy titled 'Rebel Moon.' It is inspired from Akira Kurosawa’s 'Seven Samurai.' It will be releasing on December 22, 2023.
