Depp, the well-known actor, has accused them of starting an affair less than a month after he married Heard in 2015. Things are starting to get out of hand amid the ongoing trial. Many people are speculating if Amber Heard had an affair with Elon Musk while dating Johnny Depp.

When Amber Heard and Johnny Depp married, Elon Musk was accused of having a relationship with her, to which Elon Musk answered.
“Cara and I are friends, but We’ve never done intimate things, she’ll confirm. I want to confirm again that Amber and I only started dating about a month after filing for divorce. I was never close to her during her marriage.”
The question now is whether Amber Heard cheated on her husband. In 2020, Amber Heard stated that she had no business dealings with Elon Musk.
“Were you having relationships with anyone during your relationship with him [Depp]?” Amber was asked. To which the actress responded, “No, not that that matters much. But no.”
Amber later responded when asked about Elon Musk and her romance rumors, “During my marriage to Johnny.” I was not in contact with Elon until 2016.”
During the 2013 film Machete Kills, Elon Musk was believed to be interested in Amber Heard. Elon Musk encouraged the film’s director, Robert Rodriguez, to set up meetings with Heard.
“If there is a party or event with Amber, I’d be interested in meeting her just out of curiosity,” Elon told the director.
The matter is still ongoing, despite Elon Musk’s claims that they were merely friends and Amber Heard’s denials of cheating on her ex-husband.
What Is The Basis For The Lawsuit?
Mr. Depp and Amber Heard were married from 2015 to 2017. According to the lawsuit, Amber was recorded hugging Elon Musk late at night at Mr. Depp’s penthouse.
She requested that staff at the Eastern Columbia Building allow her friend ‘Elon Musk’ access to the parking garage, and building employees saw Ms. Heard’s friend Elon leave the premises the next morning.
“Only one calendar month after Mr. Depp and Ms. Heard were married – while Mr. Depp was out of the country, filming in March 2015 – Eastern Columbia Building personnel testified that Ms. Heard received Musk ‘late at night’ at Mr. Depp’s penthouse,” the lawsuit claimed.

“For me to come up here and stand before you -or sit before you all – and spill the truth is quite exposing. I felt it my responsibility to stand up not only for myself in that instance but stand up for my children, who at the time were 14 and 16, so they were in high school.”
“I thought it was diabolical that my children would have to go to school and have their friends or people in the school approach them with the infamous People magazine cover with Ms. Heard with a dark bruise on their face… and then it kept multiplying, it kept getting bigger and bigger.”
