Angelina Jolie Reveals She Has To Stay In L.A. For Her Divorce
Amidst her divorce proceedings with Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie has been working on some elaborate parenting plans. While her elder children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and Shiloh are adults, the twins are still minors. The ‘Maria‘ actress has a plan in place for “as soon as” her twins turn eighteen.
On being asked if would she like to stay in Los Angeles after her children grow up, Jolie revealed that she’s in the city only because of the ongoing divorce and plans on leaving soon.
“I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they’re 18, I’ll be able to leave,” she said during a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter.
Unlike Pitt, Angelina grew up in a Hollywood environment, with actors Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand as parents. Pitt and Angelina often fought over the upbringing of their children as they both hold different perspectives on parenting.
