Ariel Winter is best known for her role as Alex Dunphy on the hit television series, ‘Modern Family.‘ She has best emerged as a prominent figure in the Hollywood industry for her both acting talent and advocacy towards her work.
She has been vocal about things like body positivity, pressures in the entertainment industry, and exposure to Hollywood life. Even after spending so many years in the industry, Ariel feels the hustle and bustle of LA life is not for her as she prefers more quiet places.
Ariel Winter Didn’t Like L.A. Fast Life And Has To Adjust To It
‘Modern Family‘ star felt that L.A. wasn’t her vibe. She wanted some peace from the fast life of the city but also tried to adjust herself. “I don’t think L.A. was ever really my vibe, but I just was nervous,” Ariel told the E News! during an interview.
The actress continued, “And then this opportunity presented itself, and I was like, you know what? I’m in a season of change, and I’m trying to heal and grow and evolve. It’s opened up my world a lot.”
Ariel Winter also talked about her pure and never-changing relationship with the cast of the show.
The ‘Modern Family’ Cast Is still Close To Each Other
Ariel revealed she and all the cast of the show are still strong and together just like their shooting days. They support each other as well. When Ariel was awarded the Legacy Award at the Fourth Annual Legacy, her on-screen brother Nolan Gould alongside her boyfriend Luke Benward presented the award to her which shows the kind of consideration the onscreen siblings duo have for each other.
“He is my brother,” she explained. “He was my first best friend, which is a really beautiful thing. We met when he was 10 and I was 11, and we’ve gone through so many stages of life together. And we have stuck through it all, thick and thin.”

Moreover, Ariel added that it’s hard to leave someone when you have been with them for 12 years. They all do have different lives now in different parts of the world but the whole cast tries to stay in touch in one way or the other.
“We all love each other. It’s amazing. You spend so much time with people, you really do become the family that you portray“, she added.
