She wore a long brown coat while standing in line at a Starbucks inside the Malibu Country Mart.

A spokesperson for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to the California Post that the case against Britney Spears has been formally submitted and is currently under review by prosecutors.
The statement added that the process may involve seeking additional information and evidence, with a filing decision expected ahead of the scheduled court date on May 4.
Spears was initially handcuffed on March 4 and released the following morning. Authorities reportedly observed her driving erratically after a night out with a friend, which ultimately led to her arrest.

Responding to the incident, Spears’ manager, Cade Hudson, told Page Six that her detention was “inexcusable.”

Referencing her sons, 20-year-old Sean Preston and 19-year-old Jayden James, Hudson added, “Her boys are going to be spending time with her. Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well-being.”
