Emma Heming Willis Asks Paps To Not Disturb Bruce Willis
Bruce Willis recently went out for the first time since he was diagnosed with dementia. Several paparazzi tried to talk to him and clicked his pictures as the actor was going to meet his friends for coffee in Santa Monica.
Emma Heming, his wife, has now issued a statement for the paps to not disturb him. She posted a video on her Instagram account and said: “If you are someone who is looking after someone with dementia, you know how difficult and stressful it can be to get someone out into the world and to navigate them safely, even just to get a cup of coffee,” she said.
She further said: “So this one is going out to the photographers and video people that are trying to get those exclusives of my husband out and about. Just keep your space.”
Heming urged the paps to not yell at him or ask him how he is doing. “Give him the space. Allow for our family or whoever’s with him that day to be able to get him from Point A to Point B safely. That’s my PSA,” she concluded.

Willis Was Diagnosed With Dementia Last Month
Last month, Willis’ family confirmed that the ‘Die Hard‘ actor’s health has worsened. His aphasia, which was diagnosed last year, has transformed into frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
This condition has a direct effect on our memory. According to the Alzheimer’s Association, FTD is “caused by progressive nerve cell loss in the brain’s frontal lobes or its temporal lobes.”
Willis and Emma have been married since 2009 and the couple has two daughters. Bruce’s condition has forced him to retire from acting.
