Ed Sheeran’s titled “Welcome to the World” includes original audio of his pregnant wife Cherry Seaborn. The 31-year-old singer released a live version of the 2021 album titled “=” or “Equals” in addition to the “Welcome to the World” song.
Ed Sheeran’s “Welcome To The World” Song
The song was released shortly after Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn welcomed their second daughter. Although the singer has not provided any comment on the meaning behind the song.
“Welcome to the world / I heard your heartbeat and lost every word / Just stood there quietly, taking in the sound / Of our love,” before introducing the chorale, Sheeran begins to sing the song. “I know that everything’s changing / And I don’t want to miss a thing / I know that life won’t ever be the same / And this love won’t ever go away.”
Sheeran And Seaborn Welcome Second Child
Cherry Seaborn, who is married to Ed Sheeran, recently gave birth to their second child, a daughter. The pair has another daughter, Lyra, who was born in August 2020. The two had tied the knot in 2019.
Sheeran announced the birth of his second child on Instagram with the caption: “It’s a girl! I just wanted to let you know that we’ve had another healthy and lovely baby girl to add to our family. We’re both madly in love with her, and we’re beyond thrilled to be expanding our family to four.”
