It has been two years since the queen of pop Britney Spears was freed from the imposed conservatorship. In 2008, the ‘Outrageous’ artist was put under conservatorship by her father Jamie Spears. When the pop icon started to project erratic public behavior in 2007, her father permanently put her into a conservatorship citing the reason that “her life was in shambles and she was in physical, emotional, mental, and financial distress”. But, in November 2021, the court freed Britney from the conservatorship.
When the conservatorship was ongoing and post that, two prominent documentaries were released. One is FX and Hulu’s ‘Framing Britney Spears’ and New York Times’ ‘Controlling Britney Spears’. The ‘Toxic’ artist did not approve of them and slammed them publicly. However, one figure that was constant in both documentaries was her ex-manager, Felicia Culotta. The VIP representation has recently talked about her talent’s conservatorship and her relationship during all these years.

Felicia Culotta Revealed That She Has Not Talked To Britney Spears For A While
On 17th November, Felicia attended the opening of the Broadway play ‘& Juliet’. She was the first manager when Spears came onto the pop scene and became a sensation. Culotta was a part of her team from 1998 to 2007. However, it was alleged that Spears rehired her in 2016 as her V.I.P. coordinator for her appearances. But, during the ongoing conservatorship, she did not speak to Britney much.
During the red carpet at the event, she spoke about Britney. In the interview, she revealed that she has not spoken to the singer. She said, “I haven’t spoken to her in a while”. But, the former assistant did not cut the ties completely. She said, “I write all the time. I love handwritten letters”. She continued, “I just hope and pray she gets them. I know for sure before she wasn’t [in the past], so I’m very hopeful that she gets them [now].”

The Singer Slammed Felicia For Her Interviews For The Documentaries
Post her conservatorship, the ‘Baby One More Time’ artist still has to fight small battles. When New York Times and Hulu released their respective documentaries on her conservatorship, it did not sit well with her. But, most importantly she was upset about her former assistant Culotta. In one of the documentaries, according to Britney, Felicia fabricated facts.
During the Hulu documentary, Felicia told why did she want to be a part of the documentary. She said, “I will say the one reason I agreed to do the interview is so we can remind people of why they fell in love with her in the first place”.
However, out of many anecdotes, one of the anecdotes was completely false as per Spears. In now-deleted tweets, she called her and the documentary makers out. Britney was upset about the $100 bill story. She wrote, “The best part to me was when my old assistant talked about how I went through the neighborhood passing out 100 dollar bills when my first song came out !!!”
She continued, “I wish I could go inside the heads of people like my dad and her and really try to understand why people lie and make up such things like that !!!”
Slamming the intentions of the documentary makers, she continued, “I mean it doesn’t get lower than that … why did you say that ??? That’s not even true !!! Wasn’t it already bad enough what they did to me and on top of it everybody is getting together and doing the trashiest docs I’ve ever seen in my life saying it’s TO HELP ME ??? You must be some clever folks !!!! It was so embarrassing! I think the meanest part was the deception in claiming it was to help me !!!”
