From almost the beginning, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez’s relationship has been rocky. The couple confirmed their split after two years of marriage. They both cited their fiery personalities as the culprit in their relationship and they grew tired of competing with each other. However, the fiery behavior is continuing.
The couple shares a child named Maceo-Robert Martinez and both Halle and Olivier agreed to co-parent him. But it seems Olivier is not serious about it as Halle has decided to appeal to the court to force him to attend the co-parenting sessions.

Halle Berry Feels Olivier Martinez Is Not Taking Co-Parenting Therapy Seriously
Halle Berry had to take legal action against her husband Olivier Martinez, but the court rejected the allegations made by the actress. According to the report, on May 29 the ex-couple agreed to take co-parenting sessions to solve “disputes and conflicts” for their child.
According to the filings in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles, obtained by People, Berry accused Martinez of not abiding by the agreement to see the coach. She also accused him of “unilaterally terminating” sessions without informing her or the coach.
As per the documents, he “has chosen to repeatedly violate agreements and court orders with careless disregard.” He was also alleged to have intended to “conduct harms” to their son and their “already strained relationship.”
Berry also mentioned in the fillings that within two months after they both signed the contract, they finished their individual sessions but no combined sessions took place. Even their therapist was supposed to contact the third party people including their child’s school therapist.

Halle Berry Is Furious Over Martinez Delaying Therapy To Take The Summer Off
The ‘Kidnap’ star has accused Martinez of taking “summer off” and pushing the sessions as he was traveling to France in July and his brother was visiting him in August in Los Angeles.
Berry added that the sessions were conducted on Zoom so the location didn’t matter, hence they were all excuses by Olivier. The document also alleged that the ex-spouse didn’t complete the paperwork which would have allowed the therapist to converse with the required third parties.
The actress tried to take the easy route and converse with him through their lawyers and personally. However, she had to take legal action but her requests were denied by Judge Shelley Kaufman.
