After being honored by Madame Tussauds with seven waxworks, Harry Styles is yet again going to be part of the art world. Styles is riding high on success right now, especially as his Love On Tour became the fourth-highest-grossing tour of all time. The music artist is now the muse of artist David Hockney.
Hockney did a portrait of the ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer sometime back. It is part of his portraits series that also features producer Clive Davis. David Hockney’s portraits will be displayed at the National Portrait Gallery and Harry Styles’ portrait will also be present. So let’s take a closer look.

David Hockney Paints A Portrait Of Harry Styles
In 2020, the ‘David Hockney: Drawing from Life’ series was on display only for 20 days. The display had to be closed because of the pandemic. But now London’s National Portrait Gallery is set to re-open after its renovation. And Hockney’s portraits will be on display again.
And this time there is a treat for Harry Styles fans. The singer’s portrait will be part of the display. David Hockney spent two days in his Normandy studio painting the ‘Sign Of The Times’ singer’s portrait down to his “unmistakable tousled fringe.” “I wasn’t really aware of his celebrity then,” Hockney told British Vogue. “He was just another person who came to the studio. Everybody just came to sit,” he added, “Now I know Harry’s a celebrity, though: I’ve seen all his music videos.”
While Styles was equally touched to be painted by the great artist. “David Hockney has been reinventing the way we look at the world for decades. It was a complete privilege to be painted by him,” Styles said.
