Britney Spears is now ‘Queen of Apology’. The singer is truly an inspiration and the epitome of resilience. In 2021, after the court freed Britney Spears from the conservatorship, she apologized to her fans for “pretending to be okay” on social media. The ‘Baby One More Time’ singer is at it again apologizing to Alexa Nikolas in a cryptic tweet.
Alexa, a former Nickelodeon child artist has formed ‘Eat Predators’ to protect child artists from any abusive situation. She appeared on Christy Carlson Romano’s podcast to discuss her experience on the sets of ‘Zoey 101’. For the incident, Spears apologized to her on social media.

“She Started Yelling At Me”: Alexa Nikolas Recounted The Incident When Britney Spears Yelled At Her
Alexa Nikolas sat down with the former Disney artist Christy Carlson Romano to discuss Dan Schneider and his abusive behavior. She played the character of Nicole Bristow in the Nickelodeon show ‘Zoey 101’, which also starred Jamie Lynn Spears, who played the titular role. In the show, Jamie and Nikolas’ characters were best friends, but in real life, they weren’t friends.
She recalled, “I felt isolated and not invited to any of the gatherings purposefully, left out at lunchtime, [I] wasn’t allowed to sit with anyone.” They both had problems during 1 and 2 of the show. But, she recounted one of the most horrifying incidents with her icon Britney Spears. The singer was on the set during the last day of the filming of the last episode of Season 2. Alexa remembers that the talent coordinator came to her trailer to take her for hair and makeup.
She said, “As I am walking to makeup and hair I remember he says, ‘Actually, Jamie and Britney want to talk to you in the trailer.’ ” Spears apologized for the incident to her personally. So, she quipped during the podcast, “So, Britney Spears apologized, but Nickelodeon hasn’t. Isn’t it funny?”
This piqued Christy’s interest. Alexa thought that Britney is there to step in and mediate. She continued, “I remember being kind of nervous, but also hopeful as I was a kid, and it is Britney f***ing Spears and you just want everything to go away and you are hoping that your pop icon saves the day.” When she walked into the trailer, Jamie ran on the back of the trailer and while Britney was pregnant she started yelling at 13-year-old Alexa. She felt pukish.
But she remembers, “And she [Britney Spears] was like eight months pregnant, so she was hormonal, too. And I remember she was rubbing her belly while she was yelling, and it was like she was trying to calm herself.”

“I Know It Still Matters”: The Songstress Apologized To The Actor On Her Social Media
Though Britney apologized to her already, the ‘Toxic’ singer has come out again and praised and apologized to Nikolas. She wrote, ”It broke my heart to see your interview about your experience in the business… Hollywood is a place of dreams but let’s be honest … on rare occasions do people come out years later and share the dark side!!!” The artist appreciated her efforts in starting the ‘Eat Predators’ organization.

She continued, “The one thing you said you wish you could have told your younger self is that you wish you could have known you could have just walked away!!! Countless times I did the same thing and I took the abuse it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who has felt that way. “I know it’s 15 years later what you are sharing but trust me … I know it still matters!!!”
Spears then acknowledged that she was unaware of the situation and it was the manipulative “acting language” of her family. “Although I have apologized to you personally just by “instinct” my heart at the time didn’t know how incredibly good my family was with the ACTING LANGUAGE !!!”
