The documentary ‘Quiet On Set’ revealed a few dark aspects of the life of Nickelodeon kids, centering on Dan Schneider and the complex relationship he shared with the teen stars who worked under him.
Though his team has denied the allegations, many have also come forward as claiming them to be true. Here’s what ‘Victorious‘ star Victoria Justice has to say about Schneider and the allegations he is facing.

Victoria Justice Says Dan Schneider Owes Her An Apology
Star of ‘Victorious‘, the show that launched Ariana Grande’s acting career, Victoria Justice has finally opened up on the allegations Dan Schneider is facing, following the release of ‘Quiet On Set’. Previously there had been clips of Dan being creepy around the cast of ‘Victorious‘, occasionally making uncomfortable advances as fans pointed out his behavior.
Justice said that nothing sexual ever happened off camera, but admitted that certain interactions with Schneider were in “poor taste”. She added, “[His ego] clouded his better judgment and affected the way he treated people, and there were times I felt like I was being treated unfairly.”
She also added that there are some people who he owes an apology, before adding, “I would say I’m definitely one of the people on that list.”
But despite all of it, she maintained that she was grateful for the big break Schneider gave her. “At the end of the day, my relationship with Dan is a very complex one: I met him when I was 12 years old, and he’s the person that gave me this big break. He completely changed my life.“

What Allegations Have ‘Quiet On Set’ Made Against Dan Schneider?
The four-part investigative docuseries, which premiered on Max last week, aimed to investigate claims of sexual assault made by young actors while they worked under Schneider at Nickelodeon in the 2000s. Schneider is accused of abusing his power, according to many accounts from parents, crew members, and former child actresses, and that he often indulged in suggestive practices.
More allegations came from Lori Beth Denberg who accused Dan of sexually abusing her. Denberg claimed that Schneider started talking to her on the phone about sexual things when she was about 19 and even tried to have phone sex. When she spent evenings at Schneider’s house, she also said that they would massage one other, and one night, when she was twenty or twenty-one, he allegedly kissed and caressed her breasts
Addressing these allegations, Schneider has said, “Me facing my past behaviors, some of which are embarrassing…I definitely owe some people a pretty strong apology.”
However, Schneider maintained that he was “there for these young actors often when nobody else was” and denied that any of his relationships with them were “inappropriate.”
