Kamala Harris has received widespread support from various celebrities being the first black woman and first South Asian woman to serve as the Vice President of the United States. In yet another nod to Kamala Harris’ presidential candidacy, Beyoncé made an appearance at one of her recent rallies and displayed her support again. The singer gave a powerful speech to resonate with the citizens of America and urged them to vote for the right candidate. Here’s everything she said.
Beyoncé Comes Up In Support Of Kamala Harris At Her Rally
Beyoncé made an appearance at Houston’s Shell Energy Stadium and took the stage in support of Kamala Harris on Sunday. The singer addressed the crowd of Texas with great zeal.
She said, “H-town! We are so happy to be standing here on this stage as proud country Texan women, supporting and celebrating the one and only Vice President Kamala Harris.” Beyonce continued, “A woman who’s been pushing for what this country really needs right now: unity. It’s impossible to not feel the energy in this room. The positivity, the community, the humanity.”
Beyoncé explained that she’s a mother herself and wanted a better future for her kids who will grow up in the same country, and Kamala being a mother herself, will make a better future for their country America.
“I’m not here as a celebrity. I’m not here as a politician. I’m here as a mother,” Beyoncé said. “A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in, a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies, a world where we’re not divided.”

After her moving speech, she concluded by saying: “We must vote and we need you. It’s time to sing a new song. A song that began 248 years ago. The old notes of downfall, discord, and despair, no longer resonate. Our generations of loved ones before us are whispering a prophecy, a quest, a calling, an anthem. Our moment right now. It’s time for America to sing a new song”.
She continued “Ladies and gentlemen, please, give a big loud Texas welcome to the next president of the United States, Vice President Kamala Harris.”
Donald Trump Is Unhappy With Beyoncé’s Appearance At Kamala Harris’ Rally
Unsurprisingly, Kamala Harris’ opponent Donald Trump is not happy after the support she’s received from Beyoncé. Trump addressed the whole situation and called it a “Dance party”.
“She’s out partying,” he said of Kamala. “She’s out celebrating! Joe Biden is asleep. Kamala is at a dance party with Beyoncé,” he said, emphasizing Beyoncé’s name as the crowd booed. “This person cannot be a president.”

Moreover, shortly after Kamala’s rally, Donald Trump used the same song ‘Freedom‘ for his election campaign video. Beyoncé noticed it and sent a cease soon after and the video was deleted from the profile. This is not the first time that Trump has used songs from artists without their permission for his campaign.
