The world witnessed the fall of Kanye West in 2022 due to his erratic behavior. West was presented as the epitome of the limitlessness of intelligence and creative power, but it all got blanketed due to his hateful propaganda. It all started in October 2022, when he introduced Yeezy t-shirts with ‘White Lives Matter’ printed on them. Later, he went on a hate spree, making controversial statements against the Jews.
Industry moguls like Adidas and Balenciaga cut ties with Kanye West, and the entire industry boycotted the rapper. But there was a time before the hateful storm when Ye was running his mind to churn out glorious projects. Before the anti-Semitism spree, Ye had an album released ‘Donda.’ Recently, a documentary on the behind-the-scenes of the album listening party was released. Another leaked piece of content by Ye is the pilot episode of his show on HBO.
Kanye West Had A Pilot Episode ‘A Little Inappropriate’ On HBO Which Got Scrapped
In 2007, Kanye West dropped ‘Graduation,’ which was deemed to be his most enterprising song. While he was climbing the success ladder, he was still far from being a household name. Desparate to move up in the industry, Ye decided to make a television show starring himself. As per Far Out Magazine, in 2007, he pitched the pilot idea to HBO.
Kanye West envisioned creating a show that is a child of ‘Entourage’ and ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm.’ The cast of the show included JB Smoove, Wyatt Cenac, rapper GLC, and Don C. Wyatt Cenac told Vulture about the shelved project, saying, “Kanye knew he wasn’t a good improviser. He’d read something that Seinfeld said about surrounding himself with better talent and that he would rise to the occasion. And so that was his hope.”

HBO Scrapped The Show Because It Had “No-Name Motherf******”
Kanye West’s allegedly titled pilot episode, ‘A Little Inappropriate,’ is now available on YouTube. The episode seems all over the place. We can see Ye signing CDs with the noise and chaos surrounding him. He then goes to visit a young patient in a hospital for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The young teen claims that he is a better rapper than him. It turns, he was pretending to be sick all along.
Ye shot interview videos with guests like Professor Boyce Watkins and Cornel West, but HBO decided to take a new turn for the series. During the interview, Cenac told Vulture, “HBO was like, ‘We didn’t pay for a show with these no-name motherf******. Find a way to put some Kanye in this.”
