“She Saved My Day”: Journalist Kjersti Flaa Thanks Kristen Stewart For Restoring Her Confidence After “Horrific” Interview With Blake Lively

Norwegian journalist Kjersti Flaa has ignited a conversation about the often-unseen side of celebrity interactions. Flaa’s interview with Blake Lively in 2016 has been going viral for a lot of wrong reasons. Additionally, Blake, the previously crowned sweetheart of Hollywood, has been receiving a lot of backlash

Whether it’s due to her acting like a ‘mean girl’ in the interview or the resurfacing of her using slurs repeatedly, she is constantly in the headlines. Moreover, Flaa’s recent statement which she posted on YouTube further escalated the situation.

In the video, Flaa described the experience as “horrific,” revealing that it had a profound negative impact on her confidence and even made her question her career path.” However, amidst all the negative feelings, ‘Twilight’ actor Kristen Stewart emerged as a beacon of hope.

Kjersti Flaa shared that Kristen Stewart was the next celebrity she interviewed that day and her kindness and professionalism were a stark contrast to the treatment she had just endured. “I wanna shout out to Kristen Stewart who was the person I interviewed after the horrific incident. And she was the most wonderful, wonderful person to interview,” she stated.

Additionally, Stewart’s warm demeanour and supportive attitude helped Flaa regain her composure and even salvage the day. Flaa further claimed that Kristen saved her day. “She saved my day. She was so sweet so I’m so happy I interviewed her afterwards,” she added.

Moreover, in the aftermath of the viral video, Flaa has launched an anti-bullying merchandise line, inspired by her experience with interviewing Lively. While the initiative has generated controversy, it’s clear that Flaa’s primary goal is to raise awareness about the issue.

Despite the overwhelming support Flaa has received since sharing her experience, Lively has yet to issue a public apology for her “Little Bump” comment. Moreover, the celebrity interviewer claimed that the comment sat with her for a while. She added that it was hard to get over due to her being infertile.

Flaa believes that Lively’s team likely advised her to remain silent on the matter to avoid negative publicity. “No one came out and apologized, and they probably told her, ‘Don’t come out and say sorry, don’t react, don’t do anything. We’ll take care of this for you,” she claimed.

Additionally, she further argued that a sincere apology could have significantly altered the public’s perception of the situation. “I think if Blake Lively would have come out in front of this things would have been very different,” she added.
