Kanye West seems to be following in the footsteps of disgraced fellow rapper and record producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The rapper, who changed his name to Ye, was accused by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, of drugging and raping at a Diddy party.
Sean Diddy was himself arrested in Manhattan on the charges of sex trafficking and sexual assault. However, Kanye’s streak of misfortune does not seem to end as these allegations emerge amid divorce rumors from his wife Bianca Censori. Here’s what the lawsuit against Kanye says.
Lauren Pisciotta Files A Second Lawsuit Against Kanye West
Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit against the record producer on October 11. The 88-page lawsuit accuses the ‘CARNIVAL’ singer of drugging and raping her at a Sean Diddy party. This follows a previous lawsuit by Pisciotta for wrongful termination and sexual assault. Pisciotta was Ye’s assistant from 2021 to 2022.
However, Lauren stated that the crime took place years before she was under Kanye’s employment. The year has not been specified. Lauren described in the lawsuit that she was invited to a party in a Santa Monica recording studio co-hosted by Diddy.

She revealed that the guests “had to drink” their beverages or they were asked to leave. Lauren stated that the drinks were being served on West’s instructions. After finishing her drink, Pisciotta recalled being in “an altered and highly impaired state.” She woke up the next day feeling “physically ill and confused.” Moreover, she added that the other artists “could not bring herself to speak about what she herself endured.”
Lauren Pisciotta Didn’t Know Kanye West Sexually Assaulted Her
In a mortifying revelation, Lauren Pisciotta stated that she wasn’t aware of Kanye West’s assault till she came under the rapper’s employment. She described how she pieced together the facts of the night she could not remember. Pisciotta alleged that while working for West, he expressed his frustration about an allegation of being intimate with her.

The lawsuit claims that Lauren “could not stomach the fact that she worked for the man who had sexually assaulted her against her will while she was drugged.” Moreover, she was disgusted that West “then successfully lured her back into his orbit by way of a job opportunity to sexually assault her all over again.” Furthermore, the revelation of the assault has left Pisciotta with anxiety and PTSD.
