Kanye West is selling his sprawling bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills for a whopping $3.69 million. The property is spread across 4,214 square feet with three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The house has a concrete exterior with hardwood floors and Venetian plaster in the interior. It boasts two garage spaces, and Japanese architect Tadao Ando built the house using 1,200 tons of poured concrete and 200 tons of steel. Ye bought the house in 2003 for $1.75 million.
The news comes on the heels of Ye giving a special power of attorney to his wife, Bianca Censori. The US Sun reported that Censori will have control over the financial and personal affairs of Ye following the negative press and huge financial losses. Censori has taken control of his Hidden Hills property and his Yeezy business.

While Kanye West is listing his houses for sale, his ambitious $57 million half-house and half-sculpture in Malibu is left to rot. The rapper bought the house in September 2021 for $57 million. The house is left in a “gutted state.” The mansion required some painting and renovation. When Ye closed down Yeezy Construction Inc., the construction of the house was halted. Now, the interior of the house is falling apart, and the metal rods used for construction are left to rust. Kanye and Bianca are reportedly living in a two-bedroom apartment, for which they pay $20,000 in rent.
