The cease and desist letter reportedly filed by Maya Henry on October 9 against Liam Payne, surfaced just a week before his death. The notice claims that Payne repeatedly sent disturbing images and videos to Henry and her family. The explicit content reportedly included photos of his genitals and videos of him engaging in “disturbing sexual acts.”
The notice further alleges that Payne was “actively communicating” with others to distribute sexually explicit images of Henry, who was romantically involved with him from 2018 to 2022.

In another unsettling twist, on October 6, just days before the legal filing, Maya Henry allegedly received an Instagram message from a woman claiming that Payne had contacted her. The message suggested that Payne offered to send nude photos of both Henry and his current girlfriend, believed to be Kate Cassidy, further escalating the matter.

Maya Henry’s lawyers reportedly took quick action, issuing a cease and desist letter to Liam Payne, warning of potential criminal or civil lawsuits should the behavior continue.
