1) Tommy Mottola
Mariah’s first public relationship was with Sony Music executive Tommy Mottola. They married in June 1993 and divorced in March 1998. She revealed in an interview that she had little freedom in the relationship.
2) Derek Jeter
In an interview with Oprah, after her memoir was published, she revealed her relationship with Derek Jeter. She shared that her relationship with the baseball star was the “catalyst” for her divorce from Tommy. In her memoir, she revealed that she and Jeter had a rooftop date, which inspired her song “The Roof.”
3) Luis Miguel
The Mexican singer Luis Miguel and Mariah met in Aspen in December 1998. After 3 years of being together, they ended their relationship in 2001. It was reported that Mariah wanted to have children and Luis was not ready for it.
4) Christian Monzon
Christian Monzon, the model, and Mariah began dating in 2005. Nick Cannon and Mariah met in 2005 but they started dating only after three years. Nick featured in Mariah’s music video “Bye Bye”, and then after six weeks of dating, they tied the knot on her private island in the Bahamas in April 2008. Two and a half years later, they welcomed twins Monroe and Moroccan in April 2011. Unfortunately, the couple divorced on November 2016 and agreed to co-parent their kids.

Mariah first met Australian billionaire James Packer in Aspen. They became official in 2015 and James asked the question in January 2016. Everything seemed to go well until September 2016, when they took a trip to Greece. Allegedly, they both got into a big fight and Mariah hasn’t spoken about him ever since. James wasn’t even mentioned in her memoir. When asked about it, Mariah replied, “If it was a relationship that mattered, it’s in the book. If not, it didn’t occur.”

Mariah and the backup dancer Bryan Tanaka became Instagram official in February 2017. However, they broke up after five months of being together. They later rekindled their romance and have been allegedly in an on-and-off relationship ever since. It seems that the two are currently together.
