    The 43-year-old runway icon gave up her older lifestyle after struggling with anxiety and depression. And it was herbal supplements and natural remedies that helped the supermodel get back to a healthier lifestyle. Bündchen confesses how she progressed and how her life had changed completely.

    Gisele Bündchen was part of a panel that celebrated her collaboration with herbal supplement brand Gaia Herbs. It was during this meeting that the supermodel opened up about her health journey. “I meditate every day, I exercise every day. I’m just so grateful I have this body, I truly am,” the 43-year-old said. 

    Bündchen has been focusing intensely on her wellness. And this has helped her make bigger changes when compared to her formative years. “Now I’ve learned, because I wasn’t so good in my 20s or my teens, I realized my body is my temple and I really want to enjoy it. So for me, moving my body is huge,” the Brazilian model confessed.

    Gisele Bündchen, when young, had struggled with anxiety and depression. Smoking, alcohol, and coffee made her suffer more. At the panel, the supermodel recounted giving up alcohol and shared how she felt clear because of it. 

    In my early 20s, I had severe panic attacks and depression. When you’re a teenager or in your 20s you think nothing’s going to hurt you, you can do anything, you’re a superhero. Well, not so much. Your body lets you know,” the model shared. 

    The style icon gives credit to her grandmother’s natural remedies and plant products that helped her recover. Bündchen admits how life had changed for her sticking to her new habits. She replaced her morning cigarettes and mocha frappuccino with whipped cream with a jog, breathwork, and yoga.
