The last two years were not warm and happy for the couple Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis. The ‘House’ actress shares two children with Jason, Otis Alexander Sudeikis, and Daisy Josephine Sudeikis. The duo’s happily ever after lasted seven years. By late 2020, they announced that the two had split up. Soon, dating rumors started to surface between Olivia and singer Harry Styles.
But trouble does not seem to leave Olivia and Jason alone. Their children’s former nanny, Ericka Genaro, is suing the parents for unlawful termination of employment. Before taking the couple to court, Ericka gained media fame by spilling the beans on Wilde and Sudeikis’ crumbling relationship in 2020. She claims that amidst taking care of their children and the sinking relationship between the parents, Ericka suffered anxiety and pressure.

Olivia Wilde And Jason Sudeikis Allegedly Gave Their Nanny Anxiety And Stress
Ericka Genaro blabbed excessively about the crumbling relationship between Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis. Moreover, the previous nanny of their children claims that their breakup was a stressful time for her. Erika was employed by the former couple to babysit Otis and Daisy from 2018 to 2021. According to Ericka, Olivia abandoned her house and turned her back on her family when she started dating singer, Harry Styles. Jason who was vaguely aware of the affair vented out to the nanny. Eventually, Ericka became a support pillar for Jason.
Since the mother was absent, Ericka had to be a mother figure for Otis and Daisy. Olivia at the time was busy with the filming of ‘Don’t Worry Darling’. Ericka was working after-hours and this piled up stress and anxiety for the nanny. Ericka claimed that she felt pressured into picking one of the parent’s sides. Later, she was advised by medical professionals to take a three-day break from her work. However, when Ericka made the news known to Jason, the latter fired her immediately. Ericka poses that in firing her without notice, Jason broke several labor laws in California. And now the former nanny is demanding large damages.

What Did Jason And Olivia Say About The Accusations?
In October both Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde gave a statement about the nanny. They told TMZ, “As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly.” The parents have been dining the claim of their former employee and are baffled by her statements. Oliva and Jason say that Ericka’s “18-month-long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends, and colleagues” is very disturbing.
If Ericka’s claims are wrong, it would be disturbing to know a questionable nanny took care of the actress’ children. Recently, they have not made any new comments. Their last statement promised that, “with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone.” Harry and Oliva broke up after dating for two years.
