‘Spider-Man No Way Home’ ended with the entire world forgetting the existence of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker including his best friend Ned and his girlfriend MJ. Not only that, the third installment of the franchise also featured the iconic Spider-Man featuring Toby Maguire‘s Peter Parker and Andrew Garfield‘s Spider-Man. Since then fans have not kept calm demanding both the iconic actors to reprise the role of the web-slinger.
Marvel head Kevin Feige signaled a perfect getaway into a fourth installment by confirming that Spider-Man 4 was being currently envisioned. Just as the project started Kevin Feige and Sony are in a fix.
Tobey Maguire And Andrew Garfield’s Might Return For ‘Spider-Man 4’
After ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ left fans speculating on the fate of the character, Kevin Feige announced that ‘Spider-Man 4’ featuring Tom Holland is definitely in the works but has remained tight-lipped about the project. But an insider source revealed that the project is in the project as Feige and Sony have locked horns over a creative difference.
Kevin Feige’s version is not what Sony Pictures wanted to go ahead with. The writer from The Hollywood Handle, Daniel Richtman, reported that Sony is looking at a completely different approach to ‘Spider-Man 4’, wanting to bring back the iconic Spider-Mans’ Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield to add to the star value. Along with Kevin Feige, even the fans did not appreciate the fact that Sony was commercializing and minting money from the Spider-Man franchise.

Is Marvel’s Iconic Kingpin Ready To Make His Big Screen Debut?
Scooper Daniel Richtman reported that ‘Spider-Man 4’ pits Tom Holland against Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin. In the recent miniseries, ‘Echo’ has set up Kingpin’s role as the franchise’s potential villain. That show’s finale hints that Fisk will run for Mayor of New York City in the follow-up show ‘Daredevil: Born Again’.
While no official confirmation has been made by Kevin Feige or Vincent D’Onofrio, the fans have been excited to witness Kingpin and Spider-Man lock horns. Also, D’Onofrio himself has openly expressed interest in seeing a showdown between his character and Holland’s, insisting “it will eventually” happen.
