The couple was in the limelight for all the NFL matches that Kelce played before the Super Bowl as Taylor always made it a point to mark her presence at his games. Travis, in turn, was also very supportive of his girlfriend.
Even after the phenomenal Super Bowl win, the duo celebrated on the field by kissing each other. But the celebration did not stop there. The two danced their hearts out on a version of Taylor’s Superhit ‘You Belong with Me’ at the afterparty. Not surprisingly, the video of their dance went viral on social media. Taylor Swift has now spoken up about how she feels about the heartfelt moment.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce shared a sweet and spontaneous moment of celebration after the 2024 Super Bowl, creating a memorable night at Resorts World’s Zouk nightclub in Las Vegas. The couple, dancing and singing along to Swift’s 2008 hit ‘You Belong with Me’, were beaming with joy in a video that surfaced on social media.
In the clip, Drew Taggart from The Chainsmokers and his girlfriend, model Marianne Fonseca, were also seen talking to Swift and Kelce. The video showed Fonseca praising Kelce for joining Swift on the dance floor when her song started playing.
“I love how he just came very quickly when your song was on,” Fonseca said to Swift. “That was the most romantic thing that’s ever happened to me,” responded Swift, who then exchanged introductions with Fonseca.
Kelce, the Chiefs tight end, also said that the timing of the song was perfect for him. “You played it, and I was literally coming out of the bathroom. I’m like, ‘Yes!’ It was the perfect time,” Kelce said.
Swift chimed in, “And then we met in the middle. I was like, ‘What is happening in my life right now?!'”

Travis Kelce Alters ‘You Belong With Me’ Lyrics To Ask Taylor If She’s In Love With Him
In a TikTok video from the event, Kelce was seen singing along to ‘You Belong to Me‘ with a clever alteration to the lyrics. Instead of singing the original ‘You belong with me‘, he playfully changed it to ‘Are you in love with me?‘ while pointing to himself.
Hopping into the DJ booth with The Chainsmokers, Kelce then danced to the club remix of the song and also hugged Taggart. The video caption also revealed that The Chainsmokers made a spontaneous adjustment to their setlist for the special occasion, and it was “well worth it“.
Swift was not in the DJ booth at the time. Another TikTok video from a different angle captured her singing along, pointing, and raising her glass during the lyrics ‘Why can’t you see / You belong with me‘.
The celebration has definitely cemented both Travis and Taylor’s fans’ belief in their love story and that the two superstars indeed belong with each other.
