Kendall Jenner did not fake being a football expert when the big Super Bowl question was asked on late-night TV, and that sincerity provided one of the most surprising moments on The Tonight Show this week. Rather than fumbling her way through the interview, Jenner did what the majority of people would love to do: FaceTimed Tom Brady in real time.
The result was a perfectly awkward, very funny collision of sports greatness, celebrity access, and information overload.
Kendall Jenner Called In An Expert For The Super Bowl Question

When Kendall Jenner appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she was asked a throwaway question: who she thought would win Super Bowl LX. She quickly confessed that she was not prepared to make that kind of commitment or examination. Rather than bluffing, Jenner asked if she could “phone a friend.”
A few minutes later, Fallon and the audience saw Tom Brady, seven-time Super Bowl champion and football encyclopedia, appear on her phone screen in his car.

The reaction of the crowd and Fallon was as expected. “That’s Tom Brady,” he said, as the crowd went berserk. “Sorry to do this to you,” Jenner told Brady. This was not a pre-recorded joke. It was spontaneous, sloppy, and funny.
Jenner said that she wanted to make an educated choice regarding the game between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks and that Brady could help her with it. Brady, unfazed and game for it, assured her he hoped he was qualified. That was the invitation he wanted.
Tom Brady Gave Kendall Jenner A Masterclass

Brady immediately went to analyst mode, dissecting defensive dominance, offensive plans, and high-level metrics such as DVOA. He complimented the Seahawks as being historically elite and evaluated the merits of both teams.
Jenner nodded, evidently attempting to follow. Fallon played along with the joke. At one point, the conversation drifted into Patriots history and coaching talk, with Fallon and Jenner struggling to follow nicknames and terminology.

Brady, in the meantime, was completely engaged, providing in-depth commentary as though millions of rabid fans were not watching him explain football to two individuals who were clearly lost.
At length, Jenner interrupted him with laughter, promising him that the explanation was very, very helpful. When asked later if she actually absorbed any of Brady’s breakdown, Jenner didn’t hesitate for a second. “No,” she admitted, laughing.
