When Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi announced their engagement in an Instagram post, they received a lot of flak. The reason for the criticism is age. The ‘Enola Holmes’ actress is just 19 years old, whereas Bongiovi is 20 years old. But Jake’s father does not think age matters when it comes to love. Jon got married to his high school sweetheart, Dorothea, when he was 26 years old.
Jon said, “I don’t know if age matters, if you find the right partner and you grow together. My advice really is growing together is wise.” He continued, “I think that all of my kids have found the people that they think they can grow together with and we like them all.”
