Woody Allen is still holding on to his innocence. He’s still denying any or all charges of molestation against him. He is moving forward to do what he was born to do – make movies. His latest film, ‘Coupe De Chance,’ had its world premiere at this year’s Venice Film Festival.
The accusations haven’t affected his artistry, as the festival invited him to screen his movie. However, the glorious celebration of films was darkened by the protests. While Allen’s film was screening, a group of people were shaming the festival for allowing Woody Allen’s career to flourish.

Woody Allen’s latest film, ‘Coup de Chance,’ received a decent applause at the Venice Film Festival. But the atmosphere outside the screening wasn’t so fond of the New York filmmaker. According to Deadline, a mob of around 20 protestors disrupted the disgraced filmmaker’s red carpet.
It is said that the protesters yelled out accusations like “no rape culture” and “a rapist is not a sick man, he is the healthy son of patriarchy.” The protestors have been marching against Woody Allen and Roman Polanski. Despite them being accused of se*xual assault of minors, the festival is still promoting their latest movies, ‘Coup de Chance’ and ‘The Palace.’
