WWE Superstars Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins are expanding their ventures outside the ring with the launch of a new coffee brand, AMO Coffee, in partnership with Dayglow. The brand is set to debut April 20 online and at Dayglow café locations in Los Angeles, New York City, and Chicago.
AMO Coffee will feature single-origin beans sourced from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Ecuador. The lineup includes blends with distinctive flavor profiles such as Watermelon Candy, Tropic Passion, and Shortbread Cookie. Two additional blends, Fruit Punch and Chocolate Strawberry, combine beans from multiple regions to create fruit-forward and dessert-inspired offerings.
“We really wanted to name these coffees, along the lines of what we experienced when we tried them, what the flavor profiles tasted like,” Rollins said. “The biggest thing is we just wanted to make it fun, interesting, and something that might subvert your expectations when it comes to what coffee could be.”
The couple developed the brand out of their shared passion for coffee, which began while traveling for WWE. Over time, they visited coffee shops across the United States and internationally, eventually compiling a list of more than 100 locations.
The former WWE champion explained, “We met at WWE, which is basically like a traveling circus. We really found our niche with craft coffee, and we really fell in love with the idea of the experience of coffee.”
“We found the world’s 100 best coffee shops, and we were checking off all of the ones that we had been to. We were like, ‘We should make a list, because some of these, I don’t know that I necessarily agree with their ranking,” said Lynch.
The Irishwoman added, “And we were like, ‘We’ve tried enough coffees around the world and around America. Let’s maybe start with America and go from there’ So now we have compiled a list of our 100. I think we’ve passed 100. Yeah, we should probably whittle it down.”

WrestleMania 42 Preparations For Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch Continue Alongside Brand Launch

The launch comes as both wrestlers prepare for marquee matches at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas on April 18. Becky Lynch is set to face longtime rival AJ Lee for gold following a February outing in which Lee won the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
“It’s business as usual. I’m going to take back my title, because I never really lost it. It was stolen from me,” Lynch said about preparation for the match.

Meanwhile, Seth Rollins will compete against Gunther in his first match in six months after recovering from shoulder surgery. Talking about the match against the Austrian, he said, “I’m really trying to lock in, get myself in the best possible shape while we’re getting this brand together and launching it. It’s been a pretty exciting time for the fans, seeing Rebecca and I’s first real joint venture.”
He added, “And with WrestleMania, because it’s our most exciting time of year, to add this extra element to it makes it a lot more special.”
