Brock Lesnar Slips During RAW Entrance In Oklahoma City Ahead of Survivor Series

Brock Lesnar suffered an unexpected slip during his entrance on the November 24, 2025, episode of Monday Night Raw in Oklahoma City, a moment that instantly went viral across social media.

The stumble occurred during the show’s closing segment, as the red brand intensified its build toward Survivor Series: WarGames. Making his way to the ring alongside Paul Heyman, Lesnar briefly lost his footing in front of both the live crowd and millions watching at home, creating an unplanned but unforgettable moment to close the night.

The incident was quickly circulated online by Wrestle Ops, which shared the clip on X with the caption, “Brock Lesnar slipped and fell whilst making his entrance.” The video, originally uploaded by LuigiWrestling, shows Lesnar losing his footing as he walked down the entrance ramp with fireworks exploding behind him.

While attempting his signature stomp, he slipped and fell backward onto the ramp. Broadcast cameras immediately cut away, and moments later, ‘The Beast Incarnate’ got back to his feet and continued toward the ring without assistance.

Lesnar then joined Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker in the ring for Raw’s final segment. There, the group confronted CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Roman Reigns, sparking a wild brawl to close the show.

The appearance served as WWE’s final push toward Survivor Series: WarGames, taking place this Saturday, where all ten men will battle inside the double-cage structure as two opposing five-man teams.

Lesnar recently returned to WWE at SummerSlam in August following a two-year hiatus. He later picked up his first win since coming back by defeating John Cena at WrestlePalooza on September 20.

After Raw went off the air, reports confirmed that Lesnar sustained no injuries from the fall. Backstage, he even revisited the exact spot where he slipped, jokingly pointing it out to Paul Heyman. Drew McIntyre was also seen interacting with the same area while laughing.

Despite the momentary mishap, Lesnar completed the segment without medical attention and remained fully active throughout the closing moments of the broadcast. WWE has not issued any injury-related updates regarding the incident.

‘The Beast’ suffered a widely circulated on-screen mishap during the November 25, 2025, episode of RAW in Oklahoma City. The moment quickly spread online after the former world champion slipped during his entrance, adding an unexpected twist to the closing segment of the show.

Lesnar is no stranger to high-profile in-ring accidents. One of the most memorable occurred at WrestleMania 19 in 2003, when he attempted a rare shooting star press during his WWE Championship match against Kurt Angle.

The rotation fell short, causing Lesnar to land headfirst on the mat. Despite the brutal impact, he finished the match and won the title, though medical evaluations later confirmed he had suffered a concussion from the fall.

Another serious incident took place during a SmackDown match in 2002, when Lesnar mistimed a powerbomb on Hardcore Holly. Instead of landing flat on his back, Holly absorbed the force directly on his neck, resulting in a severe injury that required surgery and forced him out of action for more than a year.

In a 2015 RAW storyline segment involving Seth Rollins, Lesnar famously dismantled a Cadillac parked near ringside. During the destruction, he ripped off one of the car doors and hurled it across the area.

However, the door flew farther than expected and came alarmingly close to striking a fan in the audience. Ringside officials immediately reacted once they realized how narrowly the object had missed the crowd. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Another notable slip-up occurred on SmackDown in 2003, when Lesnar attempted to hit his F-5 on A-Train. The move broke down mid-rotation, causing A-Train to come down awkwardly and land on his neck instead of his back. Though the match continued, the moment has since become one of the most frequently replayed examples of a signature finisher going wrong.
