Cardi B has asked a judge to impose sanctions against blogger Tasha K, alleging repeated violations of a non-disclosure agreement tied to their ongoing legal dispute, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on April 10, 2026.
In the filing, Cardi claims Tasha K has engaged in a “relentless course of conduct designed to target and harass (Cardi) and her family through thinly veiled commentary and strategic provocation all while knowing that her audience of over one million social media followers will immediately identify (Cardi) as the subject.”
Cardi alleges that despite warnings from her legal team, led by attorney Lisa Moore, Tasha removes posts flagged as violations and then publishes new content shortly after. The rapper described the situation as a “cat and mouse” pattern that has continued despite prior legal action.
The dispute stems from a defamation case in which Tasha K was ordered to pay Cardi $4 million. Cardi now claims the blogger has breached the terms of the agreement included in Tasha’s bankruptcy plan by continuing to speak about her and her family online.
According to the court filing, Cardi alleges at least 25 violations of the agreement. She says Tasha has repeatedly referenced her estranged husband, Offset, including posts about him being shot in Florida earlier this week. Cardi also claims Tasha discussed her relationship with Stefon Diggs during podcast appearances in violation of the NDA.

Cardi B is asking the court to impose penalties for any future violations and to order Tasha K to stop mentioning her or her family across all platforms. The court has not yet ruled on the request.
Offset Reportedly Wanted Paternity Test For Cardi B’s Baby With Stefon Diggs

Offset previously sought a paternity test for a child born to Cardi B and Stefon Diggs, according to a court order obtained by TMZ and reported on April 10, 2026. The request was denied by a judge in a ruling issued in late February as part of Offset and Cardi’s ongoing divorce proceedings.
The child, a baby boy, was born in November 2025 after Cardi and Diggs confirmed their relationship in June 2025 and announced the pregnancy four months later. The couple split earlier in 2026.
While the judge denied the request related to that child, the order granted Offset permission to pursue DNA testing for another of Cardi’s children.
For the unversed, Cardi B married the rapper in September 2017, filed for divorce in July 2024, and announced her third pregnancy the following day. The former couple shares three children, while Offset has three additional children from previous relationships.
