IShowSpeed is set for his first official in-ring match at WrestleMania 42 this Saturday in Las Vegas. The 21-year-old will team up with Logan Paul and Austin Theory in a six-man tag team match against LA Knight and The Usos, with the bout scheduled to open the show.
Ahead of the event, Speed gave fans a glimpse into his preparation during a recent livestream. Reacting to a TikTok clip of himself training inside a WWE ring, he was seen practicing a suplex alongside Theory while Paul offered encouragement in the background. Speed told viewers he has been actively training as he gears up for his debut.
The match will mark Speed’s first official WrestleMania appearance inside the ring. He previously featured at WrestleMania 40 in a non-wrestling role, memorably appearing disguised as a PRIME bottle before being hit with an RKO by Randy Orton.
His involvement in the current storyline began on an episode of WWE Raw at Madison Square Garden. Seated at ringside, Speed was pulled into the action when Paul was attacked by Knight. After Knight sent Paul into the ring post, he turned his attention to Speed, who responded by punching him while wearing brass knuckles.

The feud intensified in the weeks that followed. LA Knight later ambushed Speed at his home, smashing his face into his camera setup.
On a subsequent episode of Raw, Knight suffered a loss to Austin Theory after Paul pushed Speed into him, creating a distraction. As Knight attempted to retaliate, The Usos intervened, and Speed briefly leapt over him before being caught, allowing Theory to capitalize with a roll-up victory.
Austin Theory Praises IShowSpeed’s Work Ethic Ahead Of WrestleMania 42
Austin Theory recently shared his thoughts on IShowSpeed during an appearance on The Mark Hoke Show. He highlighted the streamer’s early success and influence.
He said, “When we talk about IShowSpeed, that’s another one that started so young grinding, and he’s only 21, and dude’s got almost 50 million followers just on Instagram. Just his platform and what he brings to the table is so unique.“
Theory further added, “I feel with him, especially going into this match and just the little stuff you’ve seen on TV, not the Spear where he almost passed away, but this week you see him jump over LA Knight. Speed, that’s nothing for him, he jumps over cars.”
