Fox Sports reporter Jen Hale confirmed that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers legally married during the 2025 offseason, though the identity of his wife has not been publicly revealed.
Speaking on Thursday at the American Heart Association’s Red Dress Collection Concert in New York, Hale said the Fox NFL broadcast team is confident Rodgers “tied the knot this past offseason.” She added, “I can’t (say who she is). If I could, I would, but I can’t. He’s happy. He’s in a really good spot.”
Hale clarified that she has never met Rodgers’ wife, whom some reports have referred to as Brittani. “I’ve never met her. I don’t know her,” she said.
Hale, who described Rodgers as a friend, expressed hope that he is finding peace personally after what she called difficult years, noting that he “went through some really tough times.”

Rodgers, a four-time league MVP, first publicly acknowledged his marriage ahead of the 2025 season when he appeared at a press conference wearing a wedding ring.
The moment fueled widespread speculation about his personal life. Reporters Madeline Hill and Charlotte Wilder of The Sports Gossip Show later said they had come close to identifying the woman believed to be Rodgers’ wife, though no official confirmation has been made.
Steelers Are Expecting Aaron Rodgers To Return For The 2026 Season

The Pittsburgh Steelers are reportedly confident that Aaron Rodgers will remain the team’s starting quarterback for the 2026 season. After the organization hired Mike McCarthy as head coach, insiders indicated the Steelers expect Rodgers to return under center unless he ultimately chooses retirement.
“I think he will be their starting quarterback unless he comes to some kind of decision over the next month that he’s just done with football 100 percent,” Steelers insider Mark Kaboly said on 93.7 The Fan.
McCarthy, who coached Rodgers for more than a decade with the Green Bay Packers, confirmed he has spoken with the veteran quarterback several times this offseason. However, he stressed that Rodgers is currently taking time to step back and reset.
“Like anybody that has played the game for a long time, it’s important to get away, so that’s a normal process. I think it’s important for all these players to decompress and step away after the season, and that’s really the mindset he’s in,” Mark McCarthy said on The Pat McAfee Show on January 30.

When asked at his introductory press conference if he would want Rodgers as his quarterback in Pittsburgh, McCarthy responded, “Definitely, I don’t see why you wouldn’t.” Rodgers has not publicly disclosed additional details about his marriage, nor has he made a final decision regarding a potential 22nd NFL season.
