Kylie Kelce says she and her husband, Jason Kelce, have already created a plan for how they will handle social media when their four daughters get older.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Kylie revealed that the couple has discussed the possibility of Finnley (11 months), Bennett (3), Elliotte (4), and Wyatt (6) eventually joining platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok. For now, however, she said they are strongly opposed to allowing their children access at a young age.
“We are really the first generation that’s had access to social media for as long as we have, and during our developmental years, so we are big proponents of not allowing our kids to have that, especially when they’re young,” Kylie explains of herself and her husband.
She added that she believes childhood should focus on play, growth and real-world experiences rather than the pressures that can come with being online. “I think it’s our job as parents to let our kids be kids. Kids are meant to play. They aren’t meant to be taking on the weight of the world or deal with comments online, or feel that they’re not living up to this aesthetic lifestyle they see.”
Kylie said she and Jason plan to make intentional decisions that protect their daughters’ time offline, allowing them to enjoy childhood without the influence or pressure of social media.

While acknowledging that social media can create connections, Kylie said it often presents an incomplete version of reality. She noted that curated posts can lead viewers to compare their lives to idealized images and feel discouraged. Moreover, she also pointed to the rise of anonymous criticism online.
Kylie Kelce Says Motherhood Has Shaped How She Talks About Herself

Kylie Kelce also said motherhood has influenced the way she speaks about herself, especially in front of her daughters.
“I really try my best to make sure that I speak positively about myself, even on the days that I don’t necessarily feel it,” the 33-year-old said. She referenced her ongoing partnership with Dove, which included a commercial that aired during the 2026 Super Bowl.
She acknowledged that maintaining that mindset is not always easy but said she makes a conscious effort to model confidence and self-respect at home. According to Kylie, “Motherhood has forced me into the idea that I do need to make sure that I’m speaking positively about myself.”
