Rory McIlroy has unveiled the menu for the 2026 Masters Champions Dinner, blending personal favorites, Irish influences, and locally inspired dishes for the prestigious gathering of past winners during the Masters Tournament week on April 7.
The annual Masters Club Dinner, held each Tuesday at Augusta National Golf Club, gives the reigning champion the honor of curating the menu. McIlroy, who captured the 2025 Masters title, has crafted a multi-course experience that reflects both his Northern Irish roots and his culinary tastes.
The evening will begin with a selection of starters, including peach and ricotta flatbread topped with hot honey and rock shrimp tempura served with a creamy spicy sauce, highlighting locally sourced Georgia ingredients.
Additional appetizers feature bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese, a nostalgic nod to a dish often prepared by his mother, Rosie, during his childhood. Guests will also be served grilled elk sliders with caramelized onion jam and roasted garlic aioli, inspired by McIlroy’s reported diet leading up to his Masters triumph.
The second course includes yellowfin tuna carpaccio with foie gras and chives, paired with toasted baguette, a dish inspired by McIlroy’s visits to Le Bernardin with his wife, Erica.
McIlroy said in the tweet, “Every time we go to that restaurant, that’s the one thing that I have to have. So that’s a fun one that the club worked with me on as well. They went up to the restaurant and worked with the chefs, and made sure (it was right).”
For the main course, attendees can choose between Wagyu filet mignon or seared salmon, both served with traditional Irish champ, a mashed potato dish made with green onions, butter, and milk that McIlroy enjoyed frequently growing up. Side dishes include sautéed Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots with brown butter, and onion rings made from Georgia’s famous Vidalia onions.
Dessert will feature sticky toffee pudding served with vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce, rounding off a menu deeply rooted in personal meaning. “from the heart and from personal experience, and I guess a little bit of nostalgia for me,” McIlroy said.

McIlroy also took a hands-on approach in selecting the wine pairings for the evening, headlined by a 1990 Château Lafite Rothschild, a bottle he previously enjoyed after his Masters victory.
He described the wine selection as his “favorite part of the menu” and emphasized that it was chosen with careful thought, reflecting his well-known passion for wine collecting.
Masters Champions Dinner Tradition And Fan Offerings
The Champions Dinner remains a private gathering limited to past Masters winners, continuing a long-standing tradition at Augusta National. Each year’s defending champion designs the menu, often reflecting personal history or regional cuisine.
The 2025 dinner, hosted by Scottie Scheffler, featured dishes inspired by his Texas roots, including Texas-style chili and a wood-fired cowboy ribeye.

While the event itself is not open to the public, fans can access similar themed food through hosting kits offered by Goldbelly.
