Simone Biles was spotted at Soldier Field in Chicago on January 5 as the Chicago Bears took on the Detroit Lions in their regular-season finale. The seven-time Olympic gold medalist was there to cheer on her husband, Bears safety Jonathan Owens, during the final game of the NFL regular season.
Biles’ appearance continued her consistent support for the team, as she has regularly attended Chicago’s home games since Owens joined the roster. Sunday’s matchup ended in a close 19–16 loss for the Bears, but the result didn’t derail their postseason ambitions.

For the game, Biles wore custom bright orange pants designed to honor Owens, featuring his last name and No. 36 jersey number printed throughout the fabric. The pants also incorporated the Bears’ signature “GSH” sleeve patch graphics, a tribute to George Stanley Halas Sr., the franchise’s late owner and coach.
She paired the statement piece with a cropped white fur jacket, white pointed-toe heeled boots, and a small white handbag, styling her hair in a sleek side-parted bun.
Before kickoff, Biles walked the sidelines at Soldier Field and later shared a video of the ensemble on TikTok, captioning it, “sunday’s best 🐻⬇️.”
It remains unclear who created the pants worn for Sunday’s game, though Biles has collaborated with several independent designers for her NFL game-day wardrobe in recent seasons.
Among them are Threads by Sahara, which previously made her a cobalt blue faux-fur coat with “Owens” patches; Kelly Daley, who designed a patchwork cargo pants and hoodie set; and Blank Slate Customs, which bedazzled “Owens” onto a pair of knee-high boots.
Biles has also supported fellow NFL WAG Kristin Juszczyk’s custom designs, wearing a green puffer vest representing Owens’ former team, the Green Bay Packers, in 2023.
Speaking to Olympics.com about her approach to styling, Biles said, “Honestly, I reach out to some of the creators that make the apparel, and I have no ideas. I let them kind of freeball it, and I say, ‘Surprise me.’”

Despite the Bears’ loss to Detroit, Chicago clinched the NFC No. 2 seed and will host the Green Bay Packers in a wild-card playoff game on Saturday. With the postseason ahead, Biles’ custom sideline fashion is expected to remain a regular feature as Owens and the Bears continue their playoff run.
