Stefon Diggs was spotted attending Cardi B’s concert in Washington, D.C. on April 9, showing up in the crowd alongside his mother and brother, just weeks after reports of their split ahead of Super Bowl 2026.
The NFL wide receiver was present at the rapper’s ‘Little Miss Drama’ tour stop at Capital One Arena. A video that quickly circulated on social media captured Diggs and his family enjoying the performance, dancing along with the crowd.
Diggs’ mother, Stephanie, had previously attended another stop on the tour in Houston, according to TMZ. Following the concert, additional footage showed Diggs and Cardi B sharing a brief interaction outside a nearby club in Washington before leaving together in a vehicle.
The sighting comes after reports surfaced in February that Cardi B had stepped back from the relationship. “Things were getting too heated and complicated. Cardi is very no-nonsense,” an inside source told PEOPLE.
The source added, “The second she felt that she couldn’t trust him, she pulled back to focus on her kids, her music, and tour. She needs stability and wants the same for her kids.”

The same report indicated that the relationship may not be entirely over. “They co-parent, and the door is not completely closed. They might reconnect in the future,” the source said.
Stefon Diggs Released By New England Patriots After One Season As Legal Cases Continue

Stefon Diggs’ latest public appearance also follows a series of professional and legal developments in recent months. The NFL wide receiver was released by the New England Patriots in March after one season. His salary cap figure was set to increase from $10.5 million to $26.5 million for the upcoming season.
After the release, Diggs shared a message on Instagram thanking the organization. “THANK YOU for a hell of a year. We family forever,” he wrote, tagging the Patriots in the post. “Until we meet again…” Diggs wrote in another story.
During his lone season with the Patriots, Diggs recorded 1,013 receiving yards on 85 receptions across 17 games. Off the field, Diggs has been involved in multiple legal issues. In February, he pleaded not guilty in a case accusing him of choking his former personal chef.
His attorney, Mitchell Schuster, stated, “He is completely innocent of these false allegations that have been alleged against him. We’re confident that after the facts and evidence reviewed in this case, he will be completely exonerated.”
