A source told the outlet that Swift wants the ceremony at her Rhode Island home after she and Kelce previously considered Italy.
Swift purchased the estate, known as Holiday House, more than a decade ago for $17.75 million. The three-story mansion features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, sits on five acres, and includes seven hundred feet of private shoreline overlooking Little Narragansett Bay and the Watch Hill Lighthouse.

The U.S. Sun also reported that roughly $750k will be dedicated to flowers, bushes, bouquets, and large floral installations across the property, with Swift wanting an entirely new garden planted months before the wedding. She and Kelce reportedly plan to spend $1.2 million on landscaping.
