Tom Brady turned heads with a subtle style flex ahead of kickoff at the NFC Wild Card showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, January 11.
The retired NFL legend and current FOX Sports analyst shared a close-up photo on his Instagram Stories featuring a rose gold Rolex Oyster Land-Dweller from his personal collection while preparing to cover the game at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The luxury timepiece, which includes a fluted bezel, carries a retail price of $51,000, according to Rolex. A more exclusive trapeze diamond–set bezel version of the same model is also available, nearly doubling the price at $115,350.
Brady posted the image shortly before the 49ers and Eagles squared off in a tightly contested playoff battle, one that San Francisco ultimately won 23–19. Once on air, Brady shifted focus from fashion to football, offering insight into how weather conditions can impact quarterback mechanics.
“This is kind of like a neutral plane. This is when the plane is slightly down. When you’re throwing it into the wind, it has to be neutral,” Brady said.
He added, “If the point of the ball is up, any wind friction is going to push that ball up over the top. So, as a quarterback, you don’t really like that ‘U’ throw underneath, because naturally that’s going to point the tip of the ball up. You like more of a ‘C’ or an inverse, a reverse ‘C’. That’s how you kind of control the point of the ball.”
He further explained, “And then you can kind of just snap it off as you throw it. But in these windy conditions, you can’t be underneath the ball. There’s too much wind surface of the ball to knock it off its path.”
With visible wind at the stadium, Brady further used a football live on air to explain how the pass trajectory changes in breezy environments.
A Growing Spotlight On Tom Brady’s Luxury Watch Collection

The Rolex sighting marked yet another high-profile moment for Brady, whose collection of rare and ultra-valuable timepieces continues to draw attention. Just one week earlier, the seven-time Super Bowl champion shared a photo of an all-blue Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar on Instagram.
The striking model is known to command six-figure prices and, in some cases, approach the $500,000 mark on the market. Brady punctuated the post with the caption “IYKYK,” a knowing nod to luxury watch collectors.
In December, Brady once again made waves in the watch world when he sported an ultra-rare Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5980 1400R at the 2026 World Cup draw. Crafted in 18k rose gold, the exceptional timepiece is set with 893 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 4.468 carats, along with 182 baguette-cut diamonds weighing 15.46 carats.
According to an Instagram post from Luxury Watchers at the time, the watch carried a listed retail price of $590,000 and a market value nearing $700,000.

While the 49ers advanced with their 23 -19 win, Brady continued to balance postseason analysis duties with public interest in his life away from football, where his presence, whether in the broadcast booth or on social media, continues to attract attention.
