Travis Kelce approached a spectator to check on her after an errant shot struck her during play at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on Friday, according to video footage and event reports.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s wayward ball on the 18th hole made contact with a bystander, later identified as Edenne Flinn of Salinas, California. Tournament staff attended to her as Kelce made his way through the crowd to ensure she was okay. She appeared to signal that she was fine, and Kelce signed an autograph for her at the scene.
The incident echoed a similar moment captured on video in 2024, when Kelce stopped to comfort a woman who had been hit by a golf ball during an event in Lake Tahoe. No additional medical details have been publicly confirmed regarding the latest occurrence.

Taylor Swift Gets Playful Nod In New Heights Podcast’s Valentine’s Day Post

Separate from the golf incident, Travis Kelce’s podcast featured themed Valentine’s Day content referencing his relationship with fiancée Taylor Swift.
The official Instagram account for the New Heights podcast shared a series of holiday cards on February 14 that included Kelce, his brother Jason Kelce, Jason’s wife Kylie Kelce, and Swift.
One card referenced Swift’s prior appearance on the show and her sourdough baking discussion with the line, “Be my loaf story?” Another read, “Wood you be my Valentine?” referencing Swift’s song “Wood,” while a separate card stated, “You’re my greatest catch,” alongside an image of Kelce in uniform.
Recent podcast episodes have also included discussion about football matters, including the return of former offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy to Kansas City.
Kelce said he “can’t wait to see” Bieniemy “back in the building,” adding, “He’s one of my favorite coaches of all time, one of my favorite people of all time.” He continued, “I just love the guy, and it’s going to be awesome to see him back in the building and see him back wearing the Chiefs logo, baby!”

Kelce has remained noncommittal about his playing future following the season. In a January episode, he joked, “I am officially jobless.” When Jason questioned the remark, Kelce added, “Actually, this is my only job,” later stating he planned to spend time “trying to figure out what I’m gonna do next in terms of my future in football.”
The 36-year-old continues to appear publicly through media projects and events during the offseason, while no formal retirement announcement has been made
