    Marvel Announces Charlie Cox’s ‘Daredevil’ Will Feature In Four Upcoming MCU Projects

    MCU phase 4 will come to an end with the release of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. As sad as this news is the more exciting part is yet to come. Marvel is getting ready to launch Phase 5 with bigger and better projects on its horizon. They have already announced some much-awaited movies and shows, getting their fans excited. One of them is the Charlie Cox starer, ‘Daredevil’.

    Charlie Cox was officially added to MCU with his surprise cameo in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home‘. There are five more projects that stand out as perfect fits for this character to make his next big appearances. Marvel at SDCC confirmed these upcoming projects where Daredevil will make his debut in MCU.

    Matt Murdock played by Charlie Cox in Netflix’s Daredevil’ has already made his cameo in the Spiderman movie. There are also rumors of him appearing in other Marvel projects similarly.

    While the other most likely project to feature Daredevil would be ‘She-Hulk’. The Disney+ series is the prime candidate to show Matt in the courtroom. Jennifer Walters, a.k.a She-Hulk, is also a law-practising superhero that specializes in cases involving super-powered individuals. Jennifer Walters could well go head-to-head with Matt during the series. It could be in connection to a plotline in ‘No Way Home‘ and built upon throughout Phase 4.

    Whereas ‘Blade’ the most anticipated movie of Marvel’s Phase 4, is set to star Mahershala Ali as the vampire-hunting hero. Blade and Daredevil have joined forces many times in the source material as they both share a brutal and bloody aesthetic. ‘Blade,’ along with the ‘Moon Knight‘ series, could begin to set up the MCU version of the Midnight Sons. A branch of the Avengers that includes Daredevil and is concerned with dark and mystical threats.

    There is also Maya Lopez, or Echo, who just made her MCU debut in ‘Hawkeye’ episode 2. She already has her spinoff series confirmed for Diseny+. Daredevil plays a major role in Echo’s origin in the comics, which is also tied to Daredevil’s arch-nemesis, Wilson Fisk. In the comics, Maya’s first real mission as Echo was to assassinate Daredevil. Though not known to her that under the horned mask was none other than Matt Murdoch, her love interest at the time.

    Barring the Fantastic Four and the X-Men, Daredevil is possibly the most popular Marvel character yet to join the MCU. A Marvel Studios-produced ‘Daredevil’ project is bound to please viewers with its own mass appeal, be it a movie or a Disney+ series. Fans of the character were thrilled when Marvel director Kevin Feige announced his entrance into MCU phase 5 at the San Diego Comic-Con.

    While promoting his new series, ‘Kin,‘ Charlie Cox touched on his recent MCU debut and how he is aware of his character’s appearance in future MCU projects. “I know something,” he shared with RadioTimes. “I don’t know much, but I know there will be something else.” This was before the official announcement.

    In this interview, he also opened up about how he received the news of his cameo in the latest Spiderman movie. “I got a phone call saying, ‘Do you want to come back? Do you want to be in Spider-Man?’ and I was like, ‘Obviously, yeah! That would be amazing. I’m thrilled. I’d love to do that.'”
