In the film, Deadpool faces rejection when pitching himself to join the Avengers. The rejection sets him to cross paths with the TVA and the enigmatic Mr. Paradox. Additionally, as Deadpool navigates this new world, he’s met with a surprise cameo from Thor.

The God of Thunder is seen mourning his eventual demise. Just like the audience Deadpool himself was in shock about the scene. However, when he asked Paradox about it he simply claimed that it was from a distant future with no further explanation.

Moreover, the scene might’ve been a canon for the upcoming ‘Avengers: Secret Wars.’ Despite being rejected by the Avengers at first it seems that Deadpool eventually did end up teaming up with them. Additionally, the scene may have been played off as a theatrical gimmick, but it’s opened up a world of possibilities for Deadpool’s future in the Marvel universe.

The brief scene of Thor mourning Deadpool has ignited a lot of speculation about the potential dynamic between these two iconic characters. Their relationship appears to be far deeper than a casual acquaintance due to the whole crying thing.

Is it a glimpse into a future Avengers film or a standalone adventure? The involvement of the TVA suggests potential time-travel shenanigans or even a multiverse crossover. However, the unpredictable nature of the TVA also raises the possibility that this moment might never actually occur.

Additionally, given the comedic nature of both characters, it’s entirely possible that the entire sequence is a misdirection or a humorous exaggeration. Only time will tell if this emotional peak is a genuine foreshadowing of a deeper relationship or simply a joke.
