The trailer for ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ is finally here. Hence, bringing us back to the breathtaking landscapes of the alien planet Pandora after more than a decade of waiting. This is the first of four new films based on the amazing eco-friendly universe.James Cameron’s highly anticipated sequel is slated to extend the mythology that the visionary filmmaker merely scratched the surface of in the original 2009 release.

Jake Sully And Neytiri Are All Set To Come Back In ‘Avatar 2’
The teaser reintroduces Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) fourteen years after the events of the previous film. That too when the human adventurer chose to be stuck in the body of a blue alien for the rest of his life. Jake and Neytiri are now the joyful parents of a small blue boy and are living happily ever after.
Peace on Pandora, however, will not last for long. Since humans have returned to afflict the planet. This will result in a fresh clash between the invader race and Pandora’s original inhabitants. The teaser also emphasizes how the sequel is about a new generation, highlighting Jake and Neytiri’s son and casting him as the protagonist of a fresh journey.

Will Pandora’s Secret Get Uncovered?
The trailer also shows the new edition of the movie coming to life. It is built with no cost being spared by 20th Century Studios. While the first film has its share of spectacular set-pieces. Avatar’s unique approach to 3D and CGI, which allowed the audience to feel as if they were within the film, was one of the key reasons for the film’s success. Hence, the sequels cannot afford to be any less beautiful. But it is a difficult trick to carry off considering how long CGI blockbusters have dominated the market. Nonetheless, the Way of Water video promises to take us to new and intriguing corners of Pandora, as we see the mysteries buried under the alien planet’s waters. Apart from the old cast, the new cast includes the likes of Vin Diesel, CJ Jones, Edie Falco, etc.
‘The Way of Water‘ will hit the theaters on December 16th, 2022. The other three sequels will come to the big screen after every two years In 2024, 2026, and 2028.
