Original ‘John Wick’ Script Wasn’t Heavy On The Killings
A constantly rising pile of dead bodies was not a part of the original story. But the director Chad Stahelski had envisioned a bloodier epic, wanting to experiment with “idea about Greek mythology and how to tell more a fabulistic kind of story, make a surreal action movie.”
However, many would agree that action sequences and the endless killings give Keanu Reeves’ character much-needed gravitas.
