If you enjoyed the same friends-to-lovers energy, the emotional slow burn, and the humor with honest vulnerability, you’re probably looking for similar rom-coms that feel the same.

Based on David Nicholls’ novel, ‘One Day‘ is a story of two friends who meet same day each year. Yes, just like the crux of ‘People We Meet on Vacation,’ in which the leads holiday annually. But ‘One Day‘ is also about how people change, getting lost in careers and regrets. There are missed chances and unspoken feelings that feel tender, frustrating, and heartbreakingly human.
