Josh Hartnett
Hartnett was once a favorable actor for playing the 'Dark Knight' in Batman Begins. It was before the DCEU or MCU ever came into existence. However, Hartnett turned down the role, a decision which he regrets to this day. In recent years, he has stated he's very interested in returning to the genre, but this time as a complex villain, with fans often linking him to roles like Two-Face.
Keke Palmer
Among the actors who are campaigning for playing a superhero role, Keke is among the most enthusiastic one, especially with a preference toward's DC characters. She has publicly stated her interest, and her high-energy personality has made her a massive fan-favorite for a number of characters, including Vixen, Bumblebee, or even a new, younger take on Amanda Waller.
Timothée Chalamet
Chalamet is already among the biggest movie stars in the world but he is yet to land a role in DC. Chalamet confirmed he auditioned for the part of Robin in The Batman, a role that ultimately wasn't featured in the final script. With the new DCU introducing Robin (Damian Wayne) in The Brave and the Bold, fans are waiting to see if he'll get another shot.
Simu Liu
It seems that Marvel's 'Shang-Chi' just can't get enough of the superhero action. He already gained a lot of fame in his role in the MCU but Simu Liu has always leaned towards DC. Liu has had a friendly public back-and-forth with James Gunn on social media, with Liu "jokingly" asking for a role in the new DCU. With Gunn known for using Marvel actors, many fans believe this could actually happen.
KJ Apa
The 'Riverdale' starrer has set his sights on the DC Universe. As a longtime comic book fan, he has specifically and repeatedly said in interviews that his dream role would be to play a live-action version of Nightwing (Dick Grayson).
Megan Fox
For well over a decade, Megan Fox has been publicly campaigning for one specific role: Poison Ivy. She has repeatedly stated that she's a massive comic book fan and that bringing Pamela Isley to life would be a dream project, leading a massive fan-cast movement for her to join the DCU.

He may be the star of Reacher and has played two different DC characters on TV (Smallville's Aquaman and Titans' Hawk), but Ritchson has his eye on the ultimate prize. He has stated in no uncertain terms that his dream, and the one role he'd love to have, is to play Batman in a live-action movie.
Jensen Ackles
This is the fan-cast that just won't quit. Ackles is beloved in the DC fandom for his iconic voice performance as Red Hood in Under the Red Hood and has also voiced Batman. He has publicly stated that he would "love" to play a live-action version of Batman and is a top contender in every fan poll for the role in The Brave and the Bold.
Dacre Montgomery
The Stranger Things star has been a top fan-cast for a Bat-family member (usually Nightwing or Red Hood) for years. His name was heavily rumored for Nightwing in the past, and he has confirmed he's had talks about superhero roles. While he hasn't landed one yet, he's high on every fan's wish list for the new DCU.

Terry Crews has never been shy about his love for comics and his desire to join the DCU. He has publicly stated that his dream role would be to play the Martian Manhunter, J'onn J'onzz. He also enthusiastically threw his name in the ring to play Perry White in James Gunn's Superman.
