It is always a celebration when Beyoncé releases an album. And nothing was different when Queen Bey released ‘Renaissance’ in July 2022. It was an homage to the LGBTQIA+ community and their contribution to the music, which reverberated from Harlem’s ballroom to mainstream Hollywood. It debuted at the No. 1 position on the Billboard 200, making the album the biggest opener for any female artist.
BeyHive was disappointed with Beyoncé for not releasing any visuals from the album apart from the Tiffany & Co. collaboration for ‘Summer Renaissance.’ But in February 2023, Beyoncé announced the world tour promoting her latest album. The tour started in May 2023 in Stockholm and ended its European leg in Warsaw. The tour has proved beneficial for the ‘Formation’ artist, earning $154 million.
