Beyonce has been a fierce supporter of Democratic candidate Kamala Harris’ campaign, showing up for her rallies to give powerful speeches to endorse Harris’ presidency. After her loss to Donald Trump, questions are now being raised on the ‘Lemonade‘ singer’s authenticity when it came to the endorsement.
Several reports and right-wing commenter Candace Owens herself have been claiming that Beyonce got paid to endorse Harris during the elections. Here’s how Tina Knowles reacted to the rumours.
Beyonce Gets Accused Of Getting Paid To Endorse Kamala Harris
Right-wing supporter Candace Owens recently took a jibe at Beyonce’s endorsement of Kamala Harris, elaborating on reports that claimed that the singer was getting paid a whopping $10 million for the endorsement.
“Beyoncé allegedly got paid $10 million for that pathetic little endorsement of Kamala Harris. What was it, three minutes? $10m for three minutes of her life?” Owens, who previously endorsed Donald Trump, said.

Owens further added that though the reports have not yet been confirmed, there must be some truth to them, seeing as how no one has responded to them. As the internet speculated on the rumours and reports, Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles finally spoke up in her defence.
Tina Knowles Clarifies Rumours About Beyonce Getting Paid To Endorse Kamala Harris
Candace Owens’ post has now been flagged as misinformation on Instagram, and Tina Knowles took to her Instagram to expand on the issue and clarify Beyonce’s name.
“The lie is that Beyonce was paid 10 million dollars to speak at a rally in Houston for Vice President Kamala Harris. When In Fact: Beyonce did not receive a penny for speaking at a Presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harrris’s Rally in Houston,” she continued, adding that she “actually paid for her own flights for her and her team, and total Glam.”
Knowles added, “They are not only lying and disrespecting Beyonce’s name but they are trying to further discredit the power of our vice president! When does the lies and rumors stop? Of course you won’t see this in the news !!!!!”
Shortly after, Candace responded to Knowles’ statement and said, “My post literally said ‘allegedly’ and named the multiple publications that reported it. They ALL reached out to confirm the alleged amount, multiple times, to both Beyoncé and Kamala’s campaign and were met with silence.”
“Sending your literal mama to defend you as opposed to just responding to journalists asking for answers (like Cardi B did when I asked her) is childish af. Cardi answered immediately and I included her response in my show. Beyoncé has gotten so rich, she’s acting st*pid,” she added.
Beyonce herself has not yet responded to any of the reports.
