George Micheal was an English singer, songwriter, and record producer. His work is an example of classical pop music. The Cause Of George Michael’s Death
George Michael took his last breath early in the morning of 25 December 2016, Christmas Day. He was at home in his bed in Goring-on-Thames, when he was found by his partner, Fadi Fawaz. His autopsy report by a senior coroner in Oxfordshire said that the singer died due to dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and a fatty liver. Michael’s funeral was held on 29 March 2017 at Highgate Cemetery in north London. The singer was buried next to his mother. And three years later when George’s sister died she was too buried alongside the family.
After Michael’s demise, his estate was valued at more than $115 million and was thus divided between the singer’s father, sisters, and friends. In 2021, Michael’s ex, Kenny Goss settled with the trustees of Micheal’s estate after a series of legal proceedings. Artists like Elton John, Adele, and Christ Martin paid tribute to George during their performances, following his death. A year after Michael passed away, a documentary film, ‘George Michael Freedom Uncut’ was released in cinemas. The film detailed the music career and personal life of the artist.

Musical Career Of George Michael
George Michael worked in the music industry for more than 25 years. He met his band partner Andrew Ridgeley when he attended school in Bushley. In 1981, the duo formed a band called Wham! And the band was a raging success. Their first album ‘Fantastic’ ranked number one on the UK Billboard. However, when George’s singles started to become hits, rumors of the band splitting up began. Thus, ended the era of Wham! with the release of its single, ‘The Edge of Heaven’.
After the band, Michael worked solo throughout his career. ‘Careless Whisper’ and ‘A Different Corner’ were the singles that credited him as a solo artist. Over his entire career, George’s songs were always on the UK Billboard. Michael has been nominated for eight Grammy Awards during his career and won two. He was the recipient of five Brits Awards, four American Music Awards, and twelve Billboard Awards.
